Terms and Conditions​

PAYMENT

- Full payment required if stock is needed within 21 days

- If tiles or stone are required after 21 days a 50 percent deposit is required to secure stock
- Remaining deposit to be paid 7 days prior to stock being delivered or 60 days from initial deposit

MEASURING SERVICES
- Quantities even if we assist in calculation will be the customer's responsibility

RETURNS
- We DO NOT refund any purchases that have been ordered and paid for
- Quantities even if we assist in calculation will be the customer's responsibility

FAULTY
- If tiles or stone are found to be defective or broken the customer shall notify TBM within 3 days of
delivery with supporting evidence
- Once tiles or stone are installed TBM takes no responsibility for faulty product or shade variation

NATURAL STONE
- Please research and understand the diversity of natural materials as samples and images are indicative
only due to stones natural form
- Acidic cleaners are NOT to be used on natural stone
- Neutral and alkaline based cleaners are the only cleaners to be used
- We recommend that all natural stone is sealed with a quality penetrating sealer such as Aqua-Mix

DELIVERY
- We deliver locally for a rate of $65 per pallet
- Areas outside of the local region will be quoted on an individual basis
- If multiple pallets are being delivered we can organise a tailgate truck with Manatu (to be quoted)

SELF COLLECTION
- Invoice must be shown upon collection
- Collection hours are 9 am - 4 pm / Mon - Fri (unless special arrangements organised)
- Customer vehicles or trailers will only be forklift loaded if weight limits are compliant
- We do not load tiles into cars or station wagons unless it is 4 cartons or less
